Members from UN-GGIM: Europe participate in 3rd Regional Meeting of UN-GGIM: Arab States

Members from UN-GGIM: Europe were invited to present and participate in the 3^rd Regional Meeting of UN-GGIM: Arab States which was held in Abu Dhabi, UAE on the 23-25 February 2016. Amongst other items, one important objective of the meeting was to review the functioning of the regional technical working groups and to discuss the UN-GGIM: Arab States Committee’s programme for the future.

Members from UN-GGIM: Europe shared their understanding and experiences with the four regional working groups, on GGRF, national institutional arrangements, fundamental data, and integration of geospatial & statistical information.
