Webinar - United Nations Geospatial Network Data Hub: “One UN Geospatial Situation Room”

15 Nov 2023

Join UN-GGIM: Europe in a series of webinars focussing on the SDGs. The webinar programme aims to, first, collect the needs and requirements within the work done by the different groups, initiatives, stakeholders in Europe or globally; and secondly to define the relevant SDG indicators, requirements and cross-cutting issues to be addressed in the current mandate.

Organised by the Line of Work on SDGs, the goal of this webinar is to introduce the concept of a geospatial situation room using the example of the UN geospatial network data hub and other regional data integration cooperation networks and to describe the various contributions, international UN and European organisations can make to the ideal of one global, well-structured technical, semantical and organisation platform for integrated geospatial data.

The concept note can be found here. The recording of the webinar will be made available in due course.

The webinar was held on 15 November 2023, 13:00 – 14:30 (CET)
